Exercise Detox

The Easiest and Simplest Way for Detox

 
Exercise detox might be the most enjoyable detox method you can take. It requires no diet or fasting, no change on your daily routines. You can just slip 30-45 minutes/day to do it, and the best part is: you can choose the most enjoyable and fun exercise for you to do. Then your exercise detox can cleanse not only your body toxins, but also your mind.

Jogging

If you don’t work or study, and have spare times in the morning, jogging will be your best choice. It costs you nothing (just a pair of good quality running shoes perhaps!), it needs no certain skill, and you don’t have to worry about transportation. Clean morning air is also very good for your lungs. High consumption of oxygen keeps your energy high, and keeps you looking and feeling good. Jog for 20-30 minutes or more everyday will make you sweat and pull out toxins from your body.

Skipping or Rebounding

Both skipping and rebounding will require special tools to do the exercise detox. However, if you are a mom who must stay at home, you can do these exercises while keeping an eye on your children. You can do it anytime you wish (except right after eating!), and you don’t have to worry about what sports wear you must put on, or whether people at the gym are looking at you. One thing good about rebounding, just as skipping, is the vertical move you have. When you move up (bouncing), your G-force is zero, however when you move down, the pull of gravity on your cells, muscles and tissues is suddenly increased by two or even three times the usual G-force on the earth. These movements are certainly good for your lymph flow.
Tips:
  1. Begin bouncing on the mini trampoline gently so that your heels barely leave the ground, then slowly increase the intensity.
  2. If you feel unsteady at the beginning, you can use the back of a chair to support yourself with one arm as you bounce.
  3. Dynamic music will add fun at your skipping and rebounding exercise.
Aerobics
Who doesn’t love it? Most women like aerobics exercise. You can either join a gym (which are more fun as you can meet your friends, and make a new ones), or you can do it at home alone or with few other people (family member or friends). There are many of aerobics DVD out there that can support your exercise.
Tips:
  1. Music has an important role in aerobics. The advantage of having aerobics at home is to choose your own music.
  2. Choose an aerobics shoes to keep your legs from injury.
Dancing
If you like to dance, especially up-beat dances like salsa or belly dance, you can do a detox while dancing at the same time. Who said you must run for some kilometres to remove toxins from your body? Dancing can do it! It can also relief your stress.
Whatever you choose, exercise detox will increase your circulation, allowing your body to fuel the metabolic processes that help you during a natural body detox.
