Water And Lemon-Honey Fasting
Water and Lemon fasting is less stringent that water fasting, as it supplies some basic nutrition and the cleansing progresses at a level that is more comfortable than water fasting alone. Lemon and honey fasting will cause your liver, kidney, colon, and bowel to dump their stored toxins into the blood stream for eventual elimination via the urine and feces.
As one of moderate detox, water and lemon fasting cannot be carried out in immediate time. You will need to do it gradually. This is one of the example of water and lemon detox (you can also add honey if you wish).
What To Prepare For Water And Lemon Fasting
12 to 15 freshly squeezed lemons daily for 3 days
About 3-4 quarts of distilled water per day for 3 days
A multi-herbal supplement
Fiber tablets
Honey (add it for taste if you like)
Day one

Prepare one and one half cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add to two or three quarts distilled water and mix in a little honey for taste.

Sip this mixture slowly throughout the day (no other food or drink should enter your body!).

When you become excessively thirsty or develop a headache this first day, make up another quart of the lemon and honey water and continue sipping it as needed.

In addition, take 8 fiber tablets in the morning and 3 capsules of the herbal supplement at night.
Day two

Continue as on day one.

Prepare another fresh batch of the lemon-honey distilled water mixture and sip throughout the day.

Take 8 fiber tablets in the morning and increase the herbal supplement to 4 capsules in the evening.
Day three

Continue as on previous days, except increase the herbal combination to 6 capsules in the evening.
Days four and five

Reduce the herbal supplement to 3, taken in the evening with plenty of water.
