Do Yoga To Detoxify Your Body For Your Health!
 

Yoga Detox is a one of gentle detox methods, that unifies mind, body and spirit to stimulate all of your body systems. Practicing yoga will ensure the detoxification process of your body keep running well. In yoga detox, every part of the body is pushed, pulled, twisted, turned and upended. These movements will help removing waste products such as carbon dioxide, lactic acid and lymphatic fluid from the deep tissues and extremities from your body.
 

Yoga detox also helps to keep balancing your health during detoxification. In addition, yoga breathing will help your body to clear out carbon dioxide from the lung tissue, stimulates the organs of digestion and can, over time, retrain the diaphragm to move freely. This way, your lungs will be fully emptied with every breath you take.

These are several simple yoga detox moves you can use,




Legs Over Your Head

Simply sit in front of a wall with your right shoulder and hips touching the wall. Then bend your knees and roll onto your left side and back, so your legs come up the wall. Continue on rolling onto your back and extending your legs to rest on the wall. Place your seat about six inches or a little further from the wall, and rest your hands on your stomach or let them lie on the floor, palms up. Do long inhales and exhales for approx. 5 minutes.

This pose will encourage your blood and lymph circulation from your feet and legs. This helps you to calm your mind and allowing your lymph fluid to renew and clean out your immune system.
 

Seated Spinal Twist (Maricyasana)

Firstly sit up with your legs straight. Bend your left leg inside until your left sole approaching your right butt. Lift up your right leg and bend the knee. Place your right sole on the floor on the left side of your left knee. Put your right hand on the floor outside your right hip, then rotate your torso to the right and bring your left elbow to the outside of your right knee.
